Designed and built in the Art-Deco era, the ediface is a beautiful example of quality craftsmanship partnered with beautiful design. Premier’s focus was to ensure the new elevator interior only complimented this historical landmark.

Utilizing both durable and natural materials provided a strong architectural unity between the structure of the building and the interior design while reducing maintenance. Centered on the rear wall, four vertical bronzed safety mirrors complete with 16gage brushed brass trims. Aligning with the mirrors on both side walls are horizontal stone panels on a lightweight aluminum substrate. Faced with Calcareus Limestone and framed with 7mm stainless steel trims, each panel is secured with wall-mounted clips evenly separating each panel by 14mm.

Two 76mm full length lacquered brass tubular handrails rest above a raised brass support band on the rear wall only. On the side walls the support band continues the flow of brass to the front wall. A concave brass ceiling with two perforated panels hovers just above two brushed brass ceiling panels. Six low voltage down lights with adjustable lens cast direct light flares against the limestone wall panels.
